(Reupload notes: I hardly reference the book anymore. I've increasingly become more of a "wing it" kind of guy. Still a nice tool to keep in my back pocket, though. Also, I originally uploaded just the portrait and stats in response to Tumblr's poor compression, but that won't be necessary here.)

Oh yeah, one more thing that I want to mention: how I managed to start off. I went to a book store and bought Christopher Hart’s Basic Anatomy for the Manga Artist. It was a real help getting me started and how I came up with a way to figure out height and body part proportions. Just an FYI I wanted to toss out there.
